I am very grateful for this time of the year, the beginning of spring after the cold winter, lately I have been observing our backyard, trying to catch the beginning of life coming up from the soil, I was lucky to catch couple of closed flowers and some leaves feeling youth with its greenish color..
It is fabulous to see how these God creatures are getting birth and fight the cold today in order to live tomorrow, I am very grateful )) here are some shots I took by myself 🙂 🙂

Well, that is shocking!! more than half of our beloved planet is officially corrupted!!
Corruption has huge influence on our communities, and is the main reason of poor, hunger, violence, crime..

In the last month I had to take off to Turkey in order to deal with some issues there, and we decided to take the land-way “traveling in the car” and passing more than 2000 km, having the opportunity to refresh our minds and relief our souls in a trip that lasted for 8-9 days 🙂
Throughout our trip I had the chance to face different situations, those won’t bore you with, but as a conclusion I’m here to post my main impression about the three neighboring countries.
People tell me that I am self motivated. I would like to believe that I am. What some people do not know is that motivation requires hard work. Many think motivation lives within, an innate behavior given at birth. This cannot be further from the truth. The fact is that I am no more motivated than you are.
Motivation is simple. It only requires making a decision. The decision is the hard part. One of the earliest definitions of decision according to Webster is “Cutting off; division; detachment of a part.” This means cutting off all possibilities of change. When is the last time you have made a decision like this? I believe now a days, we make decisions with the implication to change our minds, if convenient.
